A Farm Fresh Cheese

BOVRE is a fresh, spreadable cheese made exclusively from our farm’s milk. The name comes from a French word for bovine (similar to how “chevre”,  the French word for goat, is used to describe fresh goats milk cheese). 

BOVRE is very versatile and can be used for both sweet and savory applications. Some of our favorite ways to use it are:

• Spread on bread or crackers

• Crumbled over a salad

• Ravioli filler

• Pizza topping

• In place of cream cheese and fromage blanc for any kind of baking or dessert
